Dining with The Potters Arms
Richard has been the custodian of The Potters Arms for almost 5 years now, before taking over The Potters Arms his background has been 22 years in the Independent Restaurant trade, working with fresh food, searching and building relationships with the finest suppliers in the area to make sure that the food served from the kitchen is consistently the best it can possibly be.
Attila Jakab the Head Chef at The Potters has come in and taken over the position and his idea is that The Potters Arms being a Classic British Pub, our Menu should replicate that with lots of homemade pub classics, however with his culinary skills he will introduce a Daily Specials Menu that will be superb quality in the hope of achieving us a Rosette.
Attila is coming to the end of his time here and we wish him all the very best with his young family when he returns home to Hungary. Replacing Attila will be Adrian Mackett, who has been working for the last 3 years abroad cooking for our troops, firstly in Afghanistan and most recently in Nigeria. We look forward to tasting all the experience he has gained from this time away.
The Supper Club Menu which changes fortnightly has another 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts for you to choose from and at a special price of £12 for 2 courses or £16 for 3 courses it is well worth a visit.
Our events side of the business is getting well established with food provided for groups of up to 100 people, no matter what the occasion, whether it be a birthday, an anniversary, wedding breakfast or wake we can tailor our events menu to meet your needs
